Together SA to host First Fridays Serries

From July Together SA will be hosting a series of 3 hour workshops on the following topics. The cost will be $50 per person (plus GST and booking fee) with each workshop limited to 15 people.  Bookings are now open. The workshops will be held in Kensington and are also available on call.

July 3: Collective Impact 101

What is collective impact? What are the preconditions and why are they important? What is the difference between collaboration and collective impact? Case studies and practical examples from Australia and around the world will be shared. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and reflect on your own collective impact readiness.

August 7: Creating a Common Agenda

Interactive and hands on where you will build on your knowledge and skills. Resources in the session will be drawn from case studies, international innovations and your own experience. This will suit members of working groups, emerging leaders and anyone who is building collaborations towards shared vision and common understanding of problems and joint approaches to solving those problems.

September 4: Getting Social

Using social media platforms to support mutually reinforcing activities this workshop will be for those who want to know more about social media and its place in building the collective impact movement. You will be required to bring a smart phone, tablet or laptop computer where you can access the internet. You need not have twitter, facebook, you tube or LinkedIn account.
