When staying healthy, it's important to eat well and have plenty of excercise. Using the following recipes will ensure a healthy and delicious meal! Most of ingredients are chosen from the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating, and are full of energy.

Oanh was born in Vietnam. She came to Australia to live and showed us how to make some tasty but healthy food from vietnam. The food was delicious and really healthy at the same time. She showed us how to cook "Cold Rolls", "Fried Rice" and "Sponge Cake."

Fried Rice:

The graph says that you should eat a lot of bread, rice, cereals, pasta and noodles. Quite a lot of vegetables, and vegumes.

A bit of fruit, Not so much dairy products and a little bit of lean poultry, fish, eggs, nutts and leggumes.

It is also very important to drink heaps of water and to only have junkfood in small amounts.
